Paint it Black Custom Paint was founded in 2011. Specialising in airbrush painting, the company's founder Juha Peltonen has over 20 years of experience in the craft. The paint shop is located in Vöyri, Finland. Paint it Black has painted helmets for customers throughout Finland, the Nordic countries, Europe, and the United States.

Juha specializes in helmet painting techniques, having trained with Simon Murray (SM Designs) in Northern Ireland. He has honed his skills at airbrush workshops with Marissa Oosterlee and Dru Blair, among others.
